Wow, fascinating. Pieter owns a 3'x3' plot somewhere. You truly are a genius Songgu.
I bet that that is actually possible though!
I need to google that!
And...I wonder what the hell is on it, or under it!
Courtroom drama. All the action takes place pretty much in one room and characters are mostly just talking. This should be an interesting challenge to make it visually interesting.
I think this is going to be a very frustrating day for the guy in the skullcap. Clarence is like Bugs Bunny...yes, he is doing something good but he's also going to drive his adversary crazy at the same time!
If I owned just a centiare (hey look, I'm using it!) of land, I'd plant a tree on it, wait for it to grow kind of big, and then build a little treehouse on it. Bam. Realestate.
But the branches of thy tree may not overshadow thy neighbor's land, so that's swampy legal territory, there.
3x3 would however allow for the construction of a wood or brick craphouse that could be a nice little earner. Ah, if only it were true, Pieter would be rolling in it.
It would pose quite an engineering challenge, especially being limited to medieval building materials and techniques.
dpat57's craphouse could be viable, provided that there was a lot of foot traffic nearby. And when the crap totally fills up the hole, you could plant a peach tree there and it'll grow real fast, apparently. It might feel a little weird eating the fruit from such a tree, however.
Will three witnesses be enough so Pieter doesn't need a writ to confirm his three square feet of land?
