Hey I've been wondering. Since these are all long sword stances shouldn't it be elf's brother depicted here?
I thought long swords were his thing while she was all about the arming sword?
Songgu. Have you ever written any art advice books about the human figure? Character development, like different face types and expressions, different costumes and clothing etc. Kind of like how to draw comics the Songgu Kwon Way? If you have, please direct me to that book and I shall purchase it.
I have not published a "how to" sort of thing. I did teach character design at Gnomon School of Visual Effects in Hollywood for a few years, which covered pretty much all the stuff you mentioned. It was a cool experience. Perhaps some day, I'll make some sort of instructional thingy. ;)
Dear Mr kwon
After carefully reading your Comic am I right in assuming you draw a lot of inspiration form the 3 following things?
1 D&D: you seem to both follow and draw parodies of particular tropes of this fancies, especially when you combine it with…
2 Historical warfare manuscripts: Often drawn so well that Masters like Liechtenauer and Fiore would ,if given the chance, probably have hired you to do their illustrations.
And, I can be mistaken about this one.
3 Jheronimus Bosh: A Dutch painter from around 1500, known as the devil maker. Because his paintings often depicted that seemed to come straight out of a… No. Not a nightmare, those are mostly frightening because of what you feel. They came out of the mind of someone who sat down and then did nothing but think thoughts as dark and twisty as Satan’s personal corkscrew for some time…
All in all great work. The phasing is a bit all over the place but I feel that this is because I haven’t read the official book yet. Keep it up.
The chaos does fit in nicely with the whole overall tone of the comic and you don't have any needless exposition either. It makes you think of what you see.. If that makes any sense?
make up some guards like...
fat guard
sleepy guard
lazy guard... etc.

Oops, that sounded gay...
